Product Availability
If an item you order is no longer available, or the price has changed, we will notify you via e-mail of the changes as early as possible. If for some reason we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. Please be aware that we will not substitute any item without permission from both parties.
Order Refusal
We exercise the right to cancel any order you've attempted to make. The item you tried to order may have suddenly become unavailable, or we may decide to reject the order for reasons that will be kept confidential. You will be notified by e-mail if your payment has been refused and you will not be charged.
Returns and/or Exchanges
At this time, we are not able to process returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Product Care
As all AVGVSTA & AVGVSTVS products are delicately made by hand, they require lots of your love and care. To maximize shelf-life of the jewelry, please be sure to follow these simple steps:After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a box or a cool and dry place. Avoid any contact with water or perfume and store in an appropriate setting.
Shipping And Delivery
We are so thrilled to offer both domestic and international shipping to our customers.
While we do ship internationally, we are not responsible for import duties, fees and taxes on the item, which are decided at the time your order reaches your country. Customs clearance or any other charges required by your country is the customer’s responsibility. AVGVSTA & AVGVSTVS does not have any control over these international shipping laws that differ from country to country.
Orders will be packaged and shipped TWICE a week, Mondays and Thursdays. Also note that when your package is shipped, you will receive notification via e-mail.
For domestic orders, please allow 5-9 days and up to 3 weeks for all international orders. Please note that USPS does not automatically supply tracking numbers for shipments. If you would like your item to be sent with tracking, there may be an additional fee depending on your location. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC SHIPPING NEEDS, CONTACT US AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

Combined Shipping
We will happily combine shipping for shoppers who buy multiple items upon check-out. It’s best that you purchase your items at once instead of purchasing them separately so that shipping is cheaper for you.
